Questions To Ask Your Wedding Venue Before Booking
Have you every planned a wedding? Although it’s fun, it can be a daunting question and it seems like there are endless questions that need to be answered before all of the planning is done. Typically, I talk about what needs to be done in order to have a successful photography experience. But what about your venue? I want to spend this post talking about questions to ask your wedding venue before booking it, because many times as a photographer I have had awkward or stressful experiences due to lack of planning with a venue.
So what questions do you need to ask before getting everything booked? Obviously, you want to ask what dates are available, what their cancellation polices are, and how much they require for a deposit. But there are some questions that you might forget about. Below are three questions you may not think to ask:
The bottom line is, account for everything. When you think you’ve asked every question there is to ask, find some more to ask. Planning is the key to everything running smoothly and everything running smoothly is the key to you having a happy wedding day. Cover all of your bases, and I can promise everything will be perfect!
